Payment Terms:
A non-refundable reservation fee of €500 is due immediately. 70% of the remaining retreat fee must be paid no later than end of November (if booked before that date). The final 30% of the remaining fee is due one month before the retreat begins.
The reservation fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your participation two months before the start of the retreat, 70% of the amount paid (after the reservation) will be refunded. If you cancel less than two months before the retreat, 20% of the amount paid (after the reservation) will be refunded.
In the case of force majeure—such as unforeseen circumstances on the part of the program facilitator of Passionate Life or Tamara Belšak, or due to changes in U.S. federal laws that prevent the retreat from taking place—the money will not be refunded. Instead, the retreat will be rescheduled to a date that suits all registered participants, or the amount will be reimbursed.
