Humanity is bleeding. Yet December brings the energy of resurrection.
The beginning of December carries a sense of blockage, lack of flow, or energetic stagnation—as if something cannot move forward, as if life pauses for a moment. But around December 10th, this energy will begin to release, soften, and allow a new current to flow.
Collectively, the message is that each of us still has something to let go of before this date. This is why you may feel that things are not moving, that you are standing before a wall, or that you are being pushed into a corner.
Yet this “cornering” is an invitation to pause.
When there is no way forward, the only thing we can do is:
- become still for a moment,
• breathe in deeply and breathe out,
• and ask ourselves: “What can I do to move, even if only by a millimeter?”
This will be the energy of the beginning of December.

- Saying goodbye to the old
December brings an energy like moving houses. It’s that moment when you slowly empty the old apartment, open closets, sift through memories, smile at some, feel a touch of nostalgia at others, and at the same time accept that it’s time to say thank you and farewell.
It is an inner reconciliation with everything you have been, and everything you will not be anymore.
- Fully savoring what is still here
The message is to feel and embrace this time, this season, this space that December still offers. It is like that last moment in a warm mountain cabin after a beautiful week, when you drink your final cup of cocoa or tea, feel the warmth, the relaxation, the contentment… and at the same time know that it’s time to leave.
Do not rush ahead. First taste what is still present.
- Preparing for the year 2026
This is a surprising message, as I usually encourage people to spend the end of the year turning inward, resting, and grounding. But this time the message is clear: Focus on visualizing the crystalline energy of 2026 and consciously project your intentions into the new year.
This is not about planning. It is about energetically connecting with the vibration that is coming: crystalline, clear, honest, visionary.

THE BLEEDING OF HUMANITY
There is also a strong energy of fear, worry, and even death, connected to the root chakra of humanity’s collective consciousness. I see it as wounded and bleeding; drained, overwhelmed, saturated with the anxiety humanity has carried for a long time.
This is why it is crucial to raise its vibration and align it with the frequency of the Golden Age, so it may revive through stability, light, and unity consciousness.
A clear message came through: every person is encouraged to dedicate a small part of their time to focusing on humanity as one body, a body with its own energy source, its own flow, and its own chakra system, just like an individual.
I invite you now, as you read these words, to pause. Give yourself four minutes of stillness and presence and follow the visualization below:
VISUALIZATION: HUMANITY AS ONE BODY
- Close your eyes. Breathe in and out deeply.
Bring your attention to your breath and imagine that with every inhale you draw in a beautiful golden-white light. This light flows down into your belly and gently expands there. With every exhale, release all tension, worries, mental knots, and send the golden energy into the earth.
Your body relaxes.
Your mind calms.
The inner voice of silence becomes louder.
- Now, with your inner sight, visualize humanity as one body in front of you.
How does it look? Is it clear and bright, or slightly veiled, tired, burdened by shadows, unexpressed potentials, and miasma – dead light?
Focus on the first chakra, the root chakra of humanity. From your heart, send a beam of pure golden light into it. Visualize the chakra spinning clockwise in a beautiful ruby-red glow.
- Then go one step deeper.
While still sending the golden beam, imagine the root chakra of humanity beginning to spin in a platinum color, the color of stability, higher frequency, and illuminated matter, its 5D frequency.
- Allow the energy to anchor. Say: “I fix this result, and so it is. Thank you.”
