Perhaps “detox” is not the perfect word, but the message of March is clear: the energies of this month will require more energy from us. What does that really mean? When I asked for deeper guidance, what came through strongly is that the kidneys may be especially burdened. This will be particularly challenging for those of us who are used to giving a lot, who often overextend ourselves, who push too hard at work, and especially for those who give more than they receive.
If you recognize yourself in this description, I warmly invite you to pause in March and ask yourself: Where am I taking on more responsibility than necessary? Where am I carrying things alone that I don’t actually have to carry? And where in my life do I lack trust — where would it serve me to strengthen it?
The good news is that as the month progresses, the energetic pressure will begin to soften, which will be supportive for the kidneys. In any case, I recommend gently massaging your lower back, kidneys, several times a day and adding warmth, as the kidneys love warmth.
ACTIVATING KIDNEY ENERGY
The following short activation can support you, especially if you feel slightly exhausted:
DETOX
As the title suggests, March is a month of detoxification, mental, energetic, and physical. Support your body so it can process higher crystalline energy. Spend as much time as possible near water; waterfalls (rich in negative ions), the sea, the ocean, rivers or in higher altitudes where the air is cleaner.
The risk in March is exhaustion if you continue operating from old habits that may have served you in November, December, or January but are now slowly leading you toward depletion.
BARRIERS
Globally, March carries the sense of a barrier, as if something may come to a halt. How this will manifest is unclear. It could mean physical borders closing, or parts of the population feeling more isolated or in greater lack.
Symbolically, these barriers may represent collective emotional pressure, fear, scarcity, anxiety.
CREATE AN OASIS OF PEACE
If you find yourself caught in these feelings, there is an immediate remedy: connect to the Source and step beneath a waterfall of golden-white light, Christ light, golden source energy. Allow your breath to calm and deepen. Even a single thought of this connection can dissolve anxiety and inner barriers.
There will be confusion and uncertainty in the air in March. The most powerful thing we can do as individuals is to create our own oasis of peace.
In Slovenia (an this may resonate with you even if you are not from Slovenia), elections are taking place. Every election is important, especially as a reflection of where we direct our energy. Ultimately, no one else can live in our skin or solve our problems. The greatest investment we can make is the investment in ourselves; our energy, time, money, love, and selfcare.
Energy is the true currency.
It is not about who wins or loses, but about the energy generated through strong emotions, competition, and reactions. What matters is not who wins an election, but with what energy we move forward with, ideally in a way that serves everyone, including the most vulnerable parts of society.
CLOSING DOORS & FINDING OPEN ONES
March may bring the closing of certain doors. Some chapters may end. Yet doors do not close unless others are opening.
If you hit a wall, expand your perspective 360°; up, down, left, right. Look for new doors. They are already open.
Do not stop. If something doesn’t move forward, adjust your perspective or approach, but do not give up. The path is open, even if you cannot yet see it.
SPRING FATIGUE
March energy is highly crystalline and high-vibrational, yet potentially exhausting. With the arrival of spring, spring fatigue may feel stronger than usual this year. Rest more. Avoid overloading yourself with demanding activities. Turn inward and regenerate your inner energy reserves.
NAVIGATING MERCURY RETROGRADE
Mercury went retrograde on February 26 and will remain so until March 20. Use this time to complete unfinished tasks. Ensure your financial obligations are settled, as unresolved finances can drain life force energy.
Close open loops. Fulfill promises or consciously release them. Do not leave things hanging. This period is ideal for completion and organization, which will save you enormous energy in March.
Practicing gratitude daily will strongly support you.
HOLD YOUR POWER — BE THE KING/QUEEN
March will require greater inner strength, clarity of vision, and energy to stay aligned with your path, especially if you walk a path outside conventional frameworks.
The strongest message for March is: Stay loyal to yourself, your ethical, moral, and life values; no matter what.
Be like a tree.
Do not compete with the wind.
Do not bend just to be liked.
Do not uproot yourself because of someone else’s opinion.
A tree does not argue with the storm. It stands. Its strength lies not in rigidity, but in deep roots. Those roots are your values, your ethics, your personal and soul truth.
Be aware of your energy as a king or queen on the throne of your life which is the energetic theme of 2026. Your ethics are your throne. Your values are your crown. Loyalty to yourself is your kingdom.
